This painting captures a breathtaking moment of serenity as a young girl sits in a boat, surrounded by tranquil turquoise waters. She appears to be an observer; simply taking in her gorgeous surroundings without resistance or struggle. The girl gazes up to the sky and is presumably marveling at the birds which gracefully fly overhead. Behind her, a huge liquid clock cascades in a waterfall, beckoning her to go with the unobstructed flow of time. The combination of turquoise, sky blue and forest green colors which cover the canvas adds a peaceful atmosphere to the painting, providing a reminder of the beauty of letting go.
